   Individuals can claim a correction, stop or deletion of the personal information by contacting Language Tourism Japan reception by phone. From the acceptance, we will proceed as soon as possible, and the process can take up to 4 weeks.
2. About the corresponding correction and suspension
   About your personal information, if necessary, you can request the corresponding correction, suspension of use and deletion. This claim is carried out at our school reception through phone and will proceed as soon as possible. It will take about four weeks to process from the acceptance of correction, suspension and deletion.

7. Organization, systems and education

1. We implement the appropriate management and build a system to achieve the proper handling of personal information to be used in our school.
2. You can request the correction, suspension of use and deletion of your personal information. Please relay the claim to our school reception or by phone and we will proceed as soon as possible. It takes about four weeks to complete the process from the acceptance of correction, suspension and deletion.

8. Revision of the Privacy Policy

We follow the laws and regulations to achieve the protection or to respond to changes in other standards of personal information of individuals as necessary for personal information protection policy.
