For those who are interested in Japanese art, we recommended this museum course which goes from the Northern part of the main 23 wards of Tokyo to the South.

First, head to Seikado Hokusai Museum in Ootemachi, which is a museum of antique East Asian art. You can have lunch there in the business district.

Next, check out the Sumida Hokusai Museum, which is famous for Ukiyo-e.

Finally, The Nezu Museum in Aoyama is also famous for antique oriental art. It has a beautiful Japanese garden as well.
